Everyone who attends the conference, including all presenters, must register and pay the appropriate fees.

The conference registration fee covers all of the following: admission to conference events and sessions, all registration materials as well as two luncheons, two receptions and multiple refreshments breaks. NOTE: Pre-Conference Workshops are not included in this fee. Workshops require an additional fee and can be added during the registration process.

Payment and Cancellation Fees:  Payment for the full amount of registration fee must be made prior to or on the first day of the conference.

Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Club). If you do not wish to submit your credit card number over the Internet but still want to pay for the conference by credit card, complete the registration form online, choose to “call in credit card” and then call us with your credit card number. Please note that your credit card statement will reflect that your MERLOT International Conference registration fee has been charged by CONCENTRA-CMS, MERLOT’s conference management company.

If you wish to pay with a purchase order, please select the appropriate option and then enter the PO Number where indicated. If you prefer to pay by check, please mail a check payable to "MERLOT" to:

PAYMENT POLICY: To qualify for the early registration fee, we must receive your registration form and payment no later than July 6, 2008. All registrations received after that date will be processed at the regular registration rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations received on or before the cut off date of July 6, 2008 are eligible for a refund of fees paid, less a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received between July 7 and August 3 are eligible for a 50% refund of fees paid. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after the August 3 deadline.
